The staff was very amiable and catered to our every need. The location was unbeatable for walking around Fountain Square. It was also short walk to downtown/Fountain Square, downtown Cincinnati and main attractions.

The property is spotlessly clean; beautifully designed and brand-new rooms; comfy bed. Staff is very helpful and you can park your car nearby. The room is well priced. There is a lot of supplies like : a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator. The location is perfect and excellent, right in downtown.

When we asked for the wireless information, it was not provided and caused a lot of frustration. Some of the staff was rude and unhelpful, especially during a busy weekend.
